1991 Porsche 944 S2

The Porsche 944 S was first introduced in 1987 as a 2.5 litre 16 valve giving 189 bhp. But, it was the introduction of the 944 S2 in 1989 when things got more interesting with their all-new 3.0 dual overhead cam, 16 valve, 4-cylinder engine giving 211 bhp. This was combined with the smoother bodywork of the Turbo model creating a good looking car that drove extremely well and received excellent press.

Presented in the Porsche RS colour of Rubystone Red and contrasting grey interior, "H818 NAN", is a genuine 4-owner car showing 92,000 miles on the odometer as detailed by the 18 MOT certificates . First registered to Porsche GB, thought to be as a demonstrator on 1st May 1991. Mr Arthur Street, purchased it for his wife, on 18th October 1991 having covered 5,800 miles for £24100, as detailed on the original bill of sale. The car was maintained to the highest of standards during her ownership of 18 years and has continued to be cherished, as the 22 stamps in the service book will verify.
